I’m a sweet-tooth loving, coffee addict soon to be registered dietitian, living in the mitten state. Currently, I’m working as a child development teacher by day and nutrition enthusiast by night. Researching, teaching and reading evidenced based nutrition is a love of mine. Additionally, snuggling, teaching and creating day to day activities at school is another passion of mine. I’m a lover of movies, wine, traveling & sunshine. I enjoy cooking, exercising, reading and inspiring others to live a happy life filled with good food, adventure and endless amounts of dark chocolate & peanut butter. I’m a believer in confidence, self-love, working hard & following your dreams. My goal is to encourage others to take a leap in life & do what makes them happy.
“SLB helped me realize that doing life the traditional way is not necessary, and is not for everyone. Take my life for example: I went to school to be a Registered Dietitian. Along the way, I took a Child Development course as a university requirement class and fell IN LOVE! I now get to do both things I love without the hassle of feeling obligated to doing the “traditional” dietitian job in a hospital. Don’t get me wrong, I love dietetics, but it wasn’t until I started working as Child Development Teacher that I really started to feel confident in what I was doing and receiving the fulfilling feeling of making a difference.” – Danielle Sova
